Practice some self-love/self-care. It is important to appreciate the little things about yourself, even if you’re not able to fully love yourself yet. Paint your nails, soak your feet, take a bath, put lotion on — just take care of your body for once, even if it’s just something small. Try to do something for yourself every day.
